MEET THE FOUNDER

I am Shirland McKoy — founder of Restore to Soar, and a woman who has walked the very journey I now help others navigate.
I know what it feels like when a relationship ends and the life you built no longer feels familiar. I know the questions that rise in the quiet:
Who am I now? How do I begin again? Where do I find the strength to move forward?

My own rebuilding did not begin in a moment of confidence. It began in the raw places — in grief, in uncertainty, and in the slow work of rediscovering who I was beyond the roles, expectations, and losses. What I thought would break me instead rooted me, strengthened me, and revealed a calling I could not ignore.
Restore to Soar was born from that journey.

With a background in leadership, social care, emotional safeguarding, and years of supporting women in vulnerable seasons, I bring both professional insight and lived experience to this work. I understand what emotional safety looks like. I understand how identity can unravel. And I understand how powerful it is when a woman finally feels seen, held, and supported.

Restore to Soar is the space I wished existed when I needed it most — a place where women can heal honestly, rebuild gently, and rise with purpose.

This space is for the woman who carries silent grief.
For the one who appears strong but feels lost inside.
For the woman ready to rise — not perfectly, but wholly.
Here, you are not judged.
You are not defined by what ended.
You are in the meaningful process of becoming.

This is more than a programme.
It is a soft landing place.
A steady lifting.
A wellspring of life.

Welcome to Restore to Soar.
Welcome to your next chapter.
YOUR INVITATION TO RISE...
FROM SURVIVING TO SOARING
If you are reading this from that quiet, tender place — the aftermath, the ache, the What now? — please hear this:
-
You are not alone.

-
You are allowed to pause.

-
You are allowed to feel overwhelmed.

-
You are also allowed to not have all the answers right now.

And you are also allowed — fully, freely, and without apology — to rise again.

This is your invitation

-
To heal at your own pace.
-
To rediscover who you are
-
To step into a new chapter you choose with intention.
-
To become the woman you were always meant to be.
-
To soar beyond what you thought was possible.

When you're ready, we are here.

Let’s rise — and soar — together.
